  1. How do I make a deposit into my account?

    Click on my account then the deposit money button in the column on the left, you can then select your preferred payment method.

  2. How long does it take for my deposit to get approved?

    For most payment methods your deposit will be approved instantly. In the case of bank transfer this can take up to 7 days to be received from the bank, at which point we will credit your account.

  3. Which deposit methods do you have available?

    Please click Deposit Methods in the top menu of any of our website’s pages to see all of the payment methods available to you.

  4. Which credit/debit cards do you accept?

    Our website accepts all Visa and MasterCard/Maestro Credit/Debit Cards as depositing methods, although withdrawals can only be with Visa or MasterCard.

  5. Will I be charged any fees when depositing into my exclusivebet.com account?

    There are no fees for depositing into your account.

  6. What is the minimum/maximum amounts that I can deposit at a time?

    The minimum deposit amount is €20 by card and €10 by web-wallet method. The maximum deposit amount per day varies according to your web-wallet policy or bank card policy.   7. Is there a way for me to set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits?

    You are able to set Daily, Weekly or Monthly Deposit Limits. These can be set within your ‘My Account’ sub section ’Responsible Gaming-Deposit limit’. Limits can be amended at any time in the same section.

  8. How do I make a deposit from my bank account?

    Please click ‘Deposit Money’ in ‘My Account’ and chose Bank transfers. You can activate this option by clicking ‘Deposit’. Then follow the instructions on the screen.
